Porto:
To know Porto one has to know how tho read its stones. Here and there, secrets await from other eras, piling up layers, century after century. It is a city of granite and misty mornings, which the Douro river crosses to the Atlantic Ocean. European Union: I admit not to be politically informed. Socially, the non-existence of boundaries allowed for multicultural fusions, certainly dynamic for themselves. Nonetheless, there are situations of integration as well of total disintegration. And, as any political and economic strategy, it is far away from being a one-size-fits-all. |
